You may order by calling (800) 610-6711 within the USA or if out of the USA, please call (207) 266-9374. When ordering by phone, you may use your Visa, MasterCard, or Discover to place your order. Orders are generally shipped within 48 hours. All wireless systems are tested prior to shipping and their performance is measured and recorded. If your order involves multiple access points or a variety of equipment, shipping may take longer so that we can test the components as a group. Unless you instruct us to ship by a different method, your wireless hardware will be shipped to your home or office via USPS Priority Mail and insured. All access points are specially packaged in bubble wrap in correct-sized boxes to ensure the wireless equipment is protected against any damage. For most orders, and unless you instruct us to do otherwise, the wireless equipment will arrive at your door ready to install. It will be plug-and-play or otherwise factory-configured per your instructions. Your OMNI-WiFi installation experience should be as easy as mounting the OMNI-WiFi hotspot, connecting the cables according to the easy-to-read manual that ships with each access point, and plugging in the power supply. After Ethernet cables and electricity are connected, you should be able to get a wireless connection and go online to enjoy high-speed wireless Internet in under one minute.
Gift orders will be shipped to the address you provide when submitting your order. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange timely pickup of the access point at the designated location. If you are sending a package as a gift, please notify the gift recipient that a USPS insured priority delivery will be arriving, so that they can watch for it and take it inside when it has been delivered.
